The Decision Pattern is a product of Varenya Z Pvt. Ltd. This policy applies to purchases of individual Decision Pattern digital research reports.
Before a Report Is Delivered
If you made an accidental or duplicate purchase, or were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly. We review requests made within 7 days of purchase, particularly where generation or delivery has not been completed.
After a Report Is Delivered
A delivered digital report is generally a final sale because it provides immediately usable work. We will nevertheless review a technical delivery failure, a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a report that materially fails to address the submitted topic. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law.
How to Request a Review
Email [email protected] or use our contact page within 7 days of purchase. We will review the order and reply using the email address associated with it. If a refund is approved, it is returned through the original payment method where possible; the provider may determine when it appears on your statement.
- Include the order email, report title or order reference, and a short explanation.
- Describe any download, access, or content problem so we can investigate it.
- Do not redistribute or commercially use a report while a refund request is under review.
