The Decision Pattern is operated by Varenya Z Pvt. Ltd. By using this website or ordering a product, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked here. If you act for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. Other VarenyaZ products have separate terms.
Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and access only accounts and reports you are authorized to use. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our failure to meet applicable obligations. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Products and Scope
Express and Pro research reports are individual digital purchases with the type, tier, scope, and price shown before payment. Features and availability may differ by report type, tier, or account.
Orders, Payment, and Refunds
Review your order before paying. The checkout presents the payable amount and any applicable taxes or fees. Payment providers handle the transaction, and we maintain the order and billing record. Refund and cancellation requests are handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Your Content and Permissions
You remain responsible for information you submit, including business records, files, prompts, and instructions. You must have the right to provide that information and must not submit unlawful material or data that you are not authorized to process. You permit us and our service providers to process submitted information as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service.
Reports and Intellectual Property
Varenya Z Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design, and underlying materials. Subject to payment and any product-specific terms, you may use a delivered report for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute a report or copy the service without permission. The scope of a purchased tier does not automatically grant a separate multi-user or corporate distribution license.
Research Limitations
Research reports support business analysis; they are not a guarantee of an outcome or a substitute for professional advice where that is needed. Sources, assumptions, modeled results, and limitations should be reviewed before you make a financial, legal, medical, or other high-impact decision.
Acceptable Use and Availability
Use the service lawfully and do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass access controls, or misuse another person's account or data. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment, or material breach. We work to keep services available but cannot promise uninterrupted access.
Changes, Law, and Contact
We may update these Terms and will identify the current version by the date above. Changes apply as permitted by law and any notice we provide.
