A clear way to work

Start writing.
Build the reasoning.

Begin with the paper you need to work on. Use the tools as the question becomes clearer.

  1. 1

Put your thinking on the page

Open a paper and start writing. Organize the recommendation, the alternatives and the assumptions in your own words.

  2. 2

    Make the reasoning inspectable

Keep sources close to claims. Use tables, formulas, charts and scenarios to explore the consequences of your assumptions.

  3. 3

    Review before you share

Inspect feedback and proposed changes, then choose what to accept. Prepare a fixed revision for export or named recipients.

Assistance, with your approval

Keep control of the changes.

Direct writing and editing are available without connecting an AI provider. Local checks help you inspect the paper. Connected AI uses a configured provider and prepares proposed changes for you to review.

  • Confirm the selected passage and the task before preparation.
  • Inspect the original, the proposal and its review notes before applying.
  • Connected AI availability, usage and public-search approval depend on your workspace configuration.
Share & export

A saved version.
Ready for the conversation.

Prepare a fixed revision for PDF, editable Word or HTML. Share with named recipients using the available access controls.

Know which version you are sharing.

Can I start with an existing paper?

Yes. Open an existing paper in your workbench and continue editing. You can use Improve on a selected passage or review the paper using the available review tools.

Does AI apply changes automatically?

The improvement journey prepares proposed changes for review. Inspect the proposal and choose whether to apply it. You remain responsible for the recommendation and the evidence supporting it.
