Last updated

Our Commitment

We have zero tolerance for forced labor, human trafficking, and modern slavery in our operations and supply chain. Coercion and exploitation are prohibited.

This policy applies to our employees, contractors, suppliers, and business partners.

Supplier and Partner Standards

Suppliers and business partners must follow these standards:

  • No forced, bonded, or involuntary labor.
  • No child labor that violates the law.
  • No deceptive recruitment practices.
  • No withholding workers' identity documents.

Reviews and Enforcement

We use checks based on risk, contract requirements, and escalation procedures to identify and address concerns.

Violations may lead to corrective action, suspension, or termination of a contract or working relationship.

Raise a Concern

Contact us if you have a concern about our operations, a supplier, or a business partner. Include what happened and the relevant relationship, if known. Share only the information needed to explain your concern.

We prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
