- Customer report access requires sign-in and a check that the report belongs to your account.
- Administrative tools require sign-in and administrator permissions.
Data Protection
Your research questions, uploaded files, and business details are processed to create the report you request. Service providers may handle information needed for hosting, authentication, payments, and report generation.
We retain information for service delivery, account and purchase records, and applicable legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains data use and retention. In account privacy, you can download your data or request a deletion review.

Remove passwords, payment details, and other people's personal information from your report. To help us understand and reproduce the issue, include:
- The affected page or feature.
- The steps you took and what happened.
- The possible impact, with screenshots if helpful.
